Food #2

Gulab jamun

Gulab jamun, a milk-solid-based South Asian sweet, is particularly popular in India, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.

This dessert is often eaten at festivals, birthdays, and major celebrations such as weddings, the Muslim festivals of Eid ul-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and the Hindu Festival of Lights, Diwali. There are many types of gulab jamun and each variety has a distinct taste and appearance.
